Palvelussamme oli tänään ongelma, jonka vuoksi lähetettyjä ja vastaanotettuja viestejä ei voitu toimittaa.

Vika alkoi noin 23:30 eilen ja jatkui aamuun noin kello 9:30 saakka.

Huomioithan, että lähettäjälle on suurimmassa osassa tapauksista tullut virheilmoitus, jossa kerrotaan viestin lähettämisen epäonnistuneen.

Inet.fi is up and running

**The new Inet.fi was successfully launched as planned on 23 May. All systems and email accounts are now working as normal. **

During the first days, some users have experienced missing emails. This was mainly related to an issue where the migration of some mailboxes was interrupted during the transfer, resulting in incomplete migration for those mailboxes. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience!

As of 29 May at 7am, all mailboxes should be completely migrated. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team.

As many customers are trying to reach us at the moment, response time is a bit longer than usual. We advice our customers to contact us via email or website form.

The new Inet.fi has been launched!

The new Inet.fi has been launched tonight. You email should be working as normal with a few exceptions.

The email service Inet.fi has now been moved. More information here.

Some customers may be missing some emails, as it can take up to 24 hours to fully sync all the mailboxes. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience!

The webmail may become slow in periods while we fine-tune everything throughout the day.
